Dark Chocolate Raspberry Nicecream

It is international ice cream for breakfast day.  Whip up this delicious, non-dairy, healthy alternative to ice cream if you are not into having real ice cream in the morning.  It is packed full of potassium, vitamins, and nutrients from the bananas and raspberries.  You can even add in some spinach to make it even more nutrient dense.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Nicecream

2 frozen, sliced bananas
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons raspberry jelly

1. Put frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor with cocoa powder and raspberries and blend.

2. Swirl in raspberry jelly.

3. Enjoy right away or place in freezer for a harder consistency.
