Attention: This blog post may affect you! For customers with MyWay Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH in commercial markets) spending and savings account products the account management and member experience aspect is to be improved. To clarify, CDH products include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). This change in program will be effective January 1, 2019.
What this means is that there will be an integrated online portal and mobile app that is user friendly and a seamless experience. With this, there will also be a customer service center dedicated to just helping clients with MyWay products.
Due to this exciting new technological enhancement, there will be a blackout period spanning from 12/15/2018 to 12/31/2018 which means contributions an payments will be temporarily suspended.
