Eat a balanced diet- Fueling your body with nourishing foods will dictate the way you feel. Feeding your body with healthy foods will improve your mood.
Try Yoga- the benefits of yoga are endless. Practicing mindfulness through meditation is proven to improve your mood and anxiety.
Take a walk- Exercise is known to promote endorphins, aka happy hormones, which can decrease stress and anxiety.
