3. Socialize: Even though the cold days make it temping to hibernate, socializing with other is good for your mental health and wellbeing. Even if you don’t feel in the mood to go out, force yourself to socialize because it will lift your mood.
4. Find help: If the symptoms of your winter blues are mild or serve, therapy can be a helpful way to cope with challenges. It can also be a good idea to talk with your family doctor if you’re experiencing depression and other seasonal affective disorder symptoms.
