1 cup Honey
1-½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2-½ cups Powdered Dry Milk
3 cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal, Uncooked
2 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
½ cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
Mix all together with hand mixer. Form into balls with your hands and freeze on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper until firm. Remove from the freezer and store in a large Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
You can also leave out the wheat germ if you do not have any on hand. It won’t alter the texture or taste. It was just a perk I added to sneak in some goodness.
