Here is some information you should be mindful of for an easy and stress-free renewal process:

 

 Try to submit your paperwork 2 weeks prior to your renewal date so you receive your member ID numbers and cards in a timely manner.

 If your paperwork is submitted close to or on your deadline date it will take longer for your member ID numbers and cards to come in since carriers are backed up.

 It normally takes 7-10 business days from your approval date for your member ID numbers and cards, which can be 2 weeks.

 Submitting paperwork earlier will insure your bill is accurate for the following month.

Insurance carriers do not regenerate bills, so if your bill is incorrect you will have to pay that bill but will be reimbursed in you next bill.
